A Barnyard Birthday

Last weekend, we celebrated Leyton's friend, Jackson, and his 2nd birthday. His momma, Beth, did such a cute job theming the party. They even had little miniature goats and a hayride. Leyton had such a great time and is still talking about it. Here are a few pics.

Fall Wreath

Every now and then, I get in the mood to do something crafty. I have been wanting to try a yarn wreath ever since I saw some last year. I think they are so cute and I am really digging this Fallish weather we have been having. That, and I will use any excuse to go to Hobby Lobby. I have to say I think it turned out pretty cute, and I want to make another one. I followed the tutorial from here.

Leyton's first day of preschool

Little man had a great first day at his new preschool. We went and met his teacher last week and he has been talking about going back to see her ever since. Everyone who has gone through the preschool has raved about her and during the "meet the teacher" she had 4 and 5 year olds coming in to hug her so I took it as a really good sign. He didn't look back when we dropped him off and was all grins when we picked him up. Here are some pics of him looking all sharp for the ladies. There are 8 boys and 3 girls in his class so he has to really work it.
