Babies, Babies Everywhere

We had the pleasure of visiting with some beautiful babies on our trip home. Leyton had fun playing with them and luckily he didn't try to roughhouse with them too bad (well, except for Baylee). Anyway, here are some snapshots I took:

We're Back!

What a great trip home! Leyton was exposed to all of the fun that the deep south has to offer. His vocabulary has really expanded in the past two weeks. He saw plenty a wide variety of animals including cows, donkeys, horses, deer, fish, rabbits, turkeys, birds, and plenty of puppies. His most popular new word is cow. He is obsessed with them and think that they just live right outside the door. He is also saying short sentences and putting multiple words together. My favorite new phrase is "Wuv ew, momma", but that is a whole different post. Here are a couple of the first pictures I took. If my computer doesn't explode from my photo upload, I will be posting many more soon. But right now I must go as Leyton is demanding I draw him a cow on his magna-doodle.

All the way from Mississippi...

Happy Birthday, Kristen!!!!
I haven't been on the computer in almost a week, which has been very refreshing. But I figure this is an occasion worth finding a computer to log-on to. Love you friend, hope you had a great day!

Splash!

I think I may have found our new favorite place in Orlando. I have heard about this splash park for awhile, but had yet to visit. Yesterday, we decided to check it out and I'm glad we did. Love it. It is so clean, not too crowded, and overlooks a big sparkly lake. L man seemed to approve as well.

Leyton's newest word

The other day, L pointed to a picture in one of his books and said "ant!" I told him that it was not an ant but a Bumblebee. He quickly replied "bumba bee." He was just so proud of his little self and now it is his favorite thing to say. He is just so smart and catches onto words so fast. The other day, during a storm he pointed to the window and said "waining" and "dunder." Gosh he is cute. I had to video him and his new word, so here it is.
